Well the weighing thing is harder to shake than I thought. I really have to stop daily (ok multiple times per day) weighing, so I will try to put the scales away at least until next Monday. Lets see how I go.
My eating has been good – it is amazing how a small change like eating slower can affect everything, I have felt full, in control and great. The scales were very kind to me this week though considering that I have only been eating well for the last three days.
Oh well that is it so far, we’ll see what the next week holds for me.

Yeah, those scales can be our downfall, no doubt about it. Good for you for having the courage to put them away for a while. I did that too and only weigh in maybe twice a week now (my aim is for once though lol) but slowly does it. Don’t want to shock the system too much! Nice that you lost though. Excellent
